All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct found on this Website were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this Website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content, or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least eighteen (18) years of age when said visual depictions were created.

User-Generated Content

This Website is an internet-based platform that allows its users to upload and share user-generated content. Rack Rotation is not the primary producer of the visual content found on the Website.

With respect to the user-generated content hosted on this Website, all records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75 are kept by the individual users who uploaded the content (the custodians of the records). Rack Rotation requires all uploaders to verify that all individuals depicted in any content uploaded are at least 18 years of age and have provided their informed consent.

Content Moderation

All content uploaded to Rack Rotation undergoes review before being published. Our moderation team reviews each submission to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and applicable law, including but not limited to verifying that all depicted individuals appear to be of legal age.

Any content that appears to depict individuals who may be under the age of 18 is immediately rejected and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Custodian of Records

For user-generated content, the custodian of records as required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 is the individual who uploaded the content. Each uploader is responsible for maintaining the records required under federal law.
