DMCA & Takedown Policy

1. Overview
Rack Rotation respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Rack Rotation infringes your copyright, please provide a written notification containing the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our Service that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (URL preferred).
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Non-Consensual Content Removal
If you appear in content on Rack Rotation and did not consent to its publication, you may request its removal. Please provide:
- Identification of the content (URL preferred).
- A statement that you appear in the content and did not consent to its publication.
- Proof of identity sufficient to verify your claim.
- Your contact information.
We take non-consensual content extremely seriously and will prioritize these requests. Content will be removed within 24 hours of receiving a valid request.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court.
5. Repeat Infringers
Rack Rotation will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion if we believe a user has engaged in copyright infringement.
