1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rack Rotation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Nature of the Service

Rack Rotation is an adult-oriented (18+) user-generated content platform. The Service allows registered users to upload, view, vote on, and comment on video content. The content on this platform is intended for mature audiences only.

3. User-Generated Content & Liability

ALL CONTENT UPLOADED TO RACK ROTATION IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER WHO UPLOADED IT. Rack Rotation does not claim ownership of any user-generated content and is not liable for any content posted by users.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the creator of the content or have explicit permission from the creator to upload it.
• All individuals depicted in the content are at least 18 years of age and have given their informed consent to be recorded and for the content to be shared publicly.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to obscenity laws, revenge pornography laws, and intellectual property laws.
• The content does not contain any illegal material, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting violence or abuse.

4. Content Moderation

All uploaded content is subject to review and approval before being made publicly visible on the platform. Rack Rotation reserves the right to:

• Reject any content submission for any reason.
• Remove previously approved content at any time.
• Suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms.
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law.

While we perform due diligence in reviewing content, we cannot guarantee that all content on the platform will comply with all applicable laws at all times. Users who encounter potentially illegal content should report it immediately.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading content depicting minors in any context.
• Uploading non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn").
• Uploading content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, bullying, or threats against other users.
• Attempting to circumvent content moderation systems.
• Using automated systems to interact with the Service.
• Impersonating other users or public figures.
• Distributing malware or other harmful code.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RACK ROTATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. RACK ROTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rack Rotation, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
